We offer delivery to your door:
- Delivery is FREE to an address of your choice for orders to the value of R500 or more
- Delivery fees between R50 – R150 will be charged on orders under R500
- Delivery takes place between 9 am and 5 pm from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays unless otherwise communicated.
To ensure that our customers and courier partners are kept safe:
- Our warehouses are following all stipulated safety and hygiene guidelines
- Our couriers are wearing masks, using sanitiser and keeping a distance of at least 1.5m
- We don’t require a signature on delivery – our courier will sign for you
We ask you to do your part too by:
- Wearing a mask when you receive goods
- Allowing for a distance of 1.5m between you and our couriers
- Sanitising your goods when you’ve received them
We do not offer a refund unless the item is faulty.
All items are individually checked before shipment to ensure there are no manufacturing defects. If your item(s) are defective they may be returned within 7 days of your order being delivered. A “Defective Product” is one that contains a material imperfection in the manufacture or design that renders the product less acceptable. If so, we will gladly arrange a collection via courier and send you a replacement at no cost to you.
All returns must be lodged within 7 days of your order being delivered. The item(s) must be in a re-sellable condition and in its original packaging, with labels attached.
If you are unhappy with your purchase and prefer something else, we will gladly arrange collection and exchange the item to the same value, Courier fees may apply.
If you received the goods as a gift, or if you do not have the invoice, we may use our discretion to allow you to exchange the goods for goods of the same value (you will not receive the balance if you exchange the goods for other goods of a lower value), or for a gift card at the current price, minus any current promotional discount.
7 Day FREE Returns
You have 7 days to return your purchase from the date of delivery or collection. All items should be unused and returned in the original packaging with the price tag attached.
How To Return
Return via courier: Please email us at email@example.com and we will arrange a free collection within 3 to 5 working days. Ensure the return is packaged in a box to protect the items during transit. Once the items have been received and assessed, a refund will be generated.
Excluded Products: Goods made to the customers specifications or clearly personalized, Sale Items, Rings sizes are clearly marked and cannot be returned or refunded due to incorrect sizing.
Returns or exchanges on faulty or defective goods will be accepted up to 2 months after purchase, provided that the goods have been used for their intended purpose and they have been cared for according to any instructions that accompanied the goods.
